    Your rental agreement can be terminated with a weeks’ notification. If we find a new tenant sooner, the remaining rent will be refunded.

    Our Houses are fully furnished with Box-spring beds, Bedding, Linen, Dryer and an extensive kitchen inventory.

  • Rent is inclusive

    The rental price includes the consumption of gas, water, electricity and internet.

  • Internal technical service

    We have an In-house Technical service available around the clock.

Services

To completely unburden you, we offer the following services:

  • Quick on site: Our colleagues (Regional coordinator, technical service and cleaning service) can arrive quickly because they live in the region. If there are problems in the accommodation, report this via our website by making a report. We will then solve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • Well maintained: We check our houses periodically. Our experience shows that this results in residents taking better care of the house and that we can improve in time instead of settling costs afterwards.
  • All-in price: We have placed a smart thermostat (ICY) in our houses. This way we can keep heating costs under control while your employees can enjoy a warm home when they are at home.

House rules

In order to make it as pleasant as possible for all interested parties, we have drawn up house rules. You can find these house rules here and in the house. To make it clear and easy to understand, the house rules are written in various languages and are explained with images. You will also find the most important contact details of Inka Housing and the emergency services in the Netherlands. If house rules are not respected, Inka Housing will take appropriate actions.
